We are excited to announce the following coach licensing courses sponsored by Whitman & Hanson Youth Soccer are open to Easton Coaches. 

The courses are limited to 12 coaches per course. Please reserve your spot by emailing our DOC John Barata. Courses will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Please note that in order to participate in any of the courses below you will have had to complete the free Introduction to Grassroots Coaching online course found here: https://learning.ussoccer.com/coach/courses/available/16/details/1546

These course options will offer coaches the chance to learn more about how to develop a player-centered approach to coaching. Spanning around four hours in length, each in-person course consists of both classroom and field-based sessions. Coaches will learn more about U.S. Soccer’s coaching education philosophy, play-practice-play methodology and the six tasks of a grassroots coach, amongst other topics. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive the U.S. Soccer Grassroots In-Person License for each course completed.

The Saturday in person field course to be held at Jaxon Field at the Whitman Middle School. 100 Corthell Avenue Whitman MA 02382. There is flexibility on the Saturday session.
