A player wishing to withdraw from an EYSL program before it has started will be eligible for a full refund unless it is stated there are no refunds for a program at time of registration. The refund request must be submitted, in writing, to the address below. There will be no refunds issued after a program started, meaning it has had its first game or session, except in case of medical or extraordinary family issues. Any requests for a refund after a program has started must be made in writing, explaining the reason for the refund. The Executive Board will act on the request, and based on the circumstance, may elect to refund the full or partial registration fee, less any late fee, affiliated organization fee and/or any uniform cost where applicable. We reserve the right not to offer a refund. Some programs have a no refund policy.

A $10 minimum processing charge will be incurred for each and every refund processed. Additional charges can and may be added depending on the program. Your request will take 2-4 weeks to process.
